I was given the contact information to Kimberfire from my son who recently purchased an engagement ring. He told me their service was top notch and costing very reasonable. I went on line to read the reviews and I was amazed at all the positive comments and told my fiancee there was no need to look any further when shopping for a ring. We hadn't been spending much time looking at rings and I didn't want to purchase one without any input from my fiancee. The process was a very unique experience. We were told to book an appointment on line and in preparation for it we should forward examples of designs of engagement rings we liked. The first interview was by Zoom when we were first introduced to Jeehea. She was very thorough in explaining the whole process and very patient while we narrowed it down to the final design we liked. It's a good thing we took this route because the design we chose was far different from what I would have picked. From there all the information had to be forwarded to the designer. This company was spot on when it came to fulfilling the time lines for the ring to be made. When it was ready we came in to pick it up but unfortunately it had to be resized. Not a problem. They put a rush on the request with the designer and within a few days we were back to pick it up. The ring is gorgeous and my fiancee is extremely happy. In addition to the quality of the diamonds and workmanship, Kimberfire excels in service and communication. To top it off, the ring was custom made for us and there is no other like it.
