Kimberfire Warranty

Every piece of Kimberfire custom jewelry is handcrafted in Toronto, Canada, and we stand behind the quality of every item we sell.

We offer a complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all our jewelry. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of diamonds and gemstones over 0.05ct - we always recommend having your valuable jewelry insured. We also offer complimentary cleaning and inspection at any time, with prior notice. If needed, re-polishing and re-plating is free of charge up to once per year and one regular ring sizing is included free of charge within the first year. If a re-make or additional labour is required to size properly then additional charges will apply.

Please note that work performed on an item by anyone outside of Kimberfire will void our warranty.
