Step 1 – Consultation

We are not a traditional store. Every client meets with an expert gemologist, who will be your guide through each step of the process. Our consultations take place virtually (using Zoom) to be the most convenient for you. We can accommodate in-office follow-up appointments (if you live in the Toronto area) or you can work with us 100% remotely – it’s entirely up to you!

We’ve developed our own software to create a completely personalized experience, where your consultant will help you design the perfect engagement ring and source the right diamond – all while keeping your budget, vision, and our high quality standards top of mind.

Step 2 – Design & Diamond Approvals

Our diamond and jewelry consultants work closely with our local manufacturing team to create a 3D rendering of your ring, bringing your vision to life. Your consultant will work with you to finalize the design and make sure it reflects you and/or your partner, your goals, and our high standards.

Step 3 – Production

All of our engagement rings are handcrafted in Toronto, Canada. Our jewelry is made by craftspeople at the top of their game, who are passionate about what they do. We take pride in creating jewelry of the highest quality that is ethically sourced, responsibly made, and will stand the test of time.

Step 4 – Delivery

Your dedicated consultant follows your engagement ring every step of the way, and is available for any questions you might have. Once your ring is complete, it can be picked up at our downtown Toronto office or shipped to a secure pickup location. We offer free insured shipping Canada-wide, with local pickup options in each city.
